“I've had a great experience with Sagent! The entire staff is fantastic! From the front office manager named Laura, to the nurses there's, to my provider Jordan! They are all incredible humans who are so lovely and helpful!”
“Sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half. Called Sagents 1800 number and they told me I was listed as a no show. If they are this incompetent I feel sorry for anyone who uses this place for actual mental health concerns.”
“Never sent me a bill or a reminder to pay it and ended up charging me $80 in late fees before I got a reminder. Make sure to check the app everyday or else you will end up paying an arm and a leg in late fees because they never send bills or emails as a reminder once they FINALLY process payments through insurance.”
